I'm Samba Carlson — a software engineer, educator, and student of God's Word who believes these callings are deeply connected. I build robust web and mobile applications with TypeScript and Go, teach the next generation as a lecturer and mentor, and study Scripture as a Sunday school teacher, aspiring apologist, and lay expository preacher. Whether I'm writing clean code, guiding a student through a new concept, or digging into the Bible verse by verse, I'm driven by the same pursuit: to understand deeply, communicate clearly, and serve others faithfully.

I'm a software developer with over 3 years of professional experience, particularly interested in building optimal and robust web, desktop and mobile applications. I work primarily with TypeScript and Go, and I care deeply about clean code, good architecture, and shipping reliable software.

I'm a Christian committed to evangelical and reformed theology — anchored in the authority of Scripture and the grace of God in Christ. I serve as a Sunday school teacher, aspire to apologetics, and preach expositorily as a lay preacher, laboring to handle God's Word faithfully and to equip others to do the same.
